One controversial method of whitening teeth is by dipping the toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide, before dipping it in baking soda. This is supposed to impart a better whitening effect. You can also brush with a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.
The third method uses a combination of the first two. The home bleaching may precede or succeed the power bleaching method. The results will largely depend upon the type of products used, and the expertise of your dentist.
Mix all the ingredients in a small container. Sprinkle part of this mixture on your toothbrush and brush as you normally would. Rinse your mouth thoroughly. Now take the remaining mixture and spread it over your teeth. Let it remain for about 10-15 minutes. Then rinse. Following this procedure regularly will eventually give you clean, white teeth.
